Each barrel is threaded and chambered at SGW to help ensure precision is met. Combine all that with a muzzle brake by SGW, you have a rifle that is smooth and easy to shoot.

The purpose was to build a lightweight “Patrol Rifle” style AR without all the excess. The result is an empty weight rifle of 6.5lbs (approximately), including Aimpoint and empty magazine. With the creation of SGW’s new muzzle device this made the lightweight rifle very easy to control and keep on target.
